Safe Sign have improved ways of production of phtoluminescent signage's  the normally manufactured signs around the world are plastic plates on topprinted. This production method is cheap.

Signs produced likes this have the problem that when they are in contact with daylight and weatherinfluences they will discolour as below left picture shows. Another problem of these signs is that when they are stocked will not stay flat but curve like the middle picture

The solution for last problem was to print on thicker material or print with lowgrade inks
Safe Sign therefore invented a new production method which is printed from behind and we cover the backprint with a crosslink white pe foam
The signs will stay absolutly flat, have an outdoor guarantee for 10 years even in heavy Marine Industry.
